BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR, West Coast
Besler Consulting a leading industry financial health care consulting firm has a dynamic job opportunity for a Business Development Director in the California area on the West Coast. Our ideal candidate will be largely responsible for selling Revenue Cycle consulting services and technical solutions. Must have a minimum of 5+ years of increasing sales experience selling within the health care industry at the C-level. Knowledge of Revenue Cycle operations, products or services is required. Functional knowledge/awareness of Coding, Case Management, Financial Services is a +plus.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Care and/or related field.
JOB LOCATION BASE: Princeton, NJ, however, the successful candidate will report virtually from their current home location. Successful candidate must reside in CA.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
Besler Consulting, a leading industry financial health care consulting firm has a dynamic job opportunity for a Software Developer. Besler Consulting is seeking a C# .Net Software Developer with ASP.Net experience. You will be involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle including analysis, development, testing, implementation and client interaction. The right person will find this to be a position in which they are granted high levels of responsibility and have significant opportunities for rewards.
SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS (required unless noted otherwise):
- Bachelor's degree
- Three or more years of development of web-based software using C#. / ASP.Net.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Technical Requirements: ASP.Net, C#, Visual Studio, HTML, XML, CSS, MS SQL Server, NHibernate (or another ORM)
- Knowledge and practical use of design patterns (Gamma, et al) is strongly recommended
- Experience with TDD (NUnit or similar), NAnt, and/or Tarantino is a plus
- Experience with website UI development is not required but is a plus, especially experience in: ASP.NET AJAX, JavaScript (and prototype), jQuery, and jQueryUI
- Experience within the healthcare industry and with healthcare data is not required but is a significant advantage
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree preferred..
