BESLER CONSULTING OPENS PHILADELPHIA OFFICE

(PRINCETON, NJ) December 21, 2005 ---- As part of its national expansion program, BESLER Consulting, a leading financial and operational consultancy to healthcare providers, has opened a branch office in Philadelphia.

Mr. Phil Besler, President and CEO of the consulting firm, made the announcement this week. Mr. Besler said the opening of the office is consistent with the company's vision to provide high level consulting services by utilizing strategically located regional offices. Mr. Besler also noted that, in conjunction with the Philadelphia office opening, BESLER Consulting has also entered into a strategic alliance with TRG Healthcare, LLC of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

"The opening of the Philadelphia branch office will enable us to better support our growing client base in the Philadelphia market," said Mr. Besler.
