JAMES PROCTOR JOINS BESLER CONSULTING IN SOUTHEAST
August 01, 2007 - BESLER Consulting, a leading financial and operational consultancy to healthcare providers, has expanded the capabilities of its recently opened Atlanta office with the hiring of James R. Proctor, a well-known healthcare financial management executive.
Phil Besler, company president and CEO, made the announcement this week, noting that Mr. Proctor will be director of business development for the Southeast.
Prior to joining BESLER Consulting, Mr. Proctor was associated with the Atlanta regional office of a major, national accounting firm. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
